At Miller’s Guild, Chef Jason Wilson employs the dynamic use of a custom-made Grillwork’s Infierno to craft a simple approach to the freshest vegetables, fish and an extended dry-aged Prime beef program. Chef Jason applies the use of live fire, ash cooking, warm coals and smoking to the region’s best ingredients and serves them simply, in a vibrant and timeless setting.

One of Chef Jason’s greatest pleasures is creating menus inspired by the local bounty, and our culinary team will work with you to prepare a custom menu to fit your event, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Located in the historic Hotel Max, Miller’s Guild represents a unique approach to craft cooking and cocktails for breakfast, lunch and dinner. .
